Projects
Pan Asia Corporation Limited is building a balanced portfolio of assets that provides:
- Immediate cashflow via the financing of expansion of existing production
- A flagship JORC project in pre-development stage that facilitates a Generation 1 Re-rating
- A flagship exploration project with a large tonnage target that facilitates a Generation 2 Re-rating
- A significant pipeline of other project opportunities that cover all the above categories
The Company has fully financed the expansion of production project and concluded an offtake for 4.8 million tonnes of coal with Noble Resources Pte Limited.
The Company has also funded the drilling of an initial JORC resource on the flagship pre-development project and further drilling is under way on this project.
Due Diligence on the other assets is progressing and the acquisition of the entire asset package is expected to be completed in Q4, 2010.
